In addition to personalizing your press-on nails, we also offer ready-made items featuring a variety of wonderful designs to select from. We ensure that these options will still reflect the style you're seeking for special occasions without unnecessary delays.
Press-On Nail Application
Take out an alcohol wipe to clean off each nail of any dust.
Use the pusher stick to push back your cuticle to free all possible space on your nail bed.
Next, apply the nail glue to your natural nail. Do not use too much. Do not apply it too close to the cuticle.
Wait 30 minutes before submerging your nails in water to allow glue to set and you're done!
Use a file to lightly remove the shine from your natural nail. Round off any nail growth.
Set the press-on nail to the back of your nail bed, making sure it is straight.

How long do press-on nails last?

With proper application and care, our custom press-on nails can last 1-3 weeks using nail glue, or several days when applied with adhesive tabs

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
How do I choose the correct nail size?
Because every set is handmade and customized, we do not, accept returns and exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Returns & Exchange policy
Thank you for shopping with Lovecraft and Nails! Because press-on nails are cosmetic, personal care items that require strict hygiene standards, our return policy differs from standard clothing or retail shops. Please review our guidelines below before completing your purchase.
The Golden Rule: Hygiene & Final sale
Due to the sanitary and medical safety nature of nail enhancements, all press-on nail sets, sizing kits, adhesives, and application tools are strictly FINAL SALE. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot verify if the items have been exposed to biological contaminants, airborne pathogens, or unsterilized surfaces. Therefore, to protect the health and safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, style preferences, or incorrect sizing.
Sizing and Fit liability
Achieving the perfect fit is essential for the longevity of your press-on manicure, but the responsibility for accurate measurements lies with the buyer.
Incorrect Size Orders: We cannot issue refunds, returns, or complimentary replacements if you order the wrong nail sizes.
How to Avoid Fit Issues: We highly recommend purchasing our [Sample Sizing Kit] before buying a design, or utilizing our detailed [Online Sizing Guide].
Pro-Tip for In-Between Sizes: If your natural nails fall between two sizes on our chart, we always recommend ordering the larger size. You can easily file down the sides of the press-on nail with a hand file for a seamless, customized fit.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
We work efficiently to prepare, package, and custom-craft your orders.
Timeframe: You may request an order cancellation or modification (such as a change of address or change of design size) within 24 hours of placing your order.
Exclusions: Once the 24 hour window has passed, your order enters our production or fulfillment queue and cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded. Please email info@lovecraftandnails.com immediately with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER [Your Order Number]" if you need to make an emergency cancellation.
Damage, Defective , or Incorrect Items
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. However, if human error occurs or an item arrives compromised, we will correct it immediately at no additional cost to you.
What Qualifies for a Replacement or Refund:
You received a completely incorrect nail design, length, or shape than what was ordered.
A nail tip arrived cracked, broken, or severely deformed prior to wear.
Items from your application kit (glue, buffer, file) are missing.
What Does NOT Qualify:
Damage caused by improper application, aggressive removal, or general wear-and-tear.
Natural lifting or popping off due to poor nail prep.
How to File a Claim:
Time Limit: You must report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery date indicated by your tracking number.
Contact: Email us at info@lovecraftandnails.com with your order number.
Evidence: You must attach clear, well-lit photographs or a short video demonstrating the defect, damage, or packing error.
Resolution: Once verified, we will either ship out a replacement set or issue a store credit/refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders placed with Lovecraft and Nails are processed , packaged, and shipped from our studio in Chandler, Arizona, United States.
Processing & Production Times
Please note that Processing Time / Production Time is the period required to create or pack your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. This is separate from the time it takes to travel in transit.
Ready-to-Ship Sets / Sizing Kits: Processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Made-to-Order / Custom Hand-Painted Sets: Require a production time of 3-7 business days, depending on current order volume and design complexity.
Multi-Item Orders: If your order contains both ready-to-ship items and custom made-to-order items, the entire order will ship together once the custom items are complete.
Tracking & Carrier Information
Tracking Numbers - As soon as your shipping label is printed, an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking Updates - Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information on their portal.
Address Verification Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout.
If you spot an error in your shipping address, notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an "Insufficient Address," "Unclaimed," or "Undeliverable" status, the customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label to have the package resent. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is transferred to the possession of the shipping carrier , it becomes the legal property of the carrier and the recipient.
Delays: We are not responsible for transit delays caused by weather conditions, carrier backlogs, seasonal holidays, or customs inspections.
Marked "Delivered" But Missing: If your tracking status states "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:
Check with neighbors, apartment leasing offices, or side porches.
Wait an additional 24 hours, as carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered prematurely.
Contact your local post office branch immediately to request GPS coordinates of the delivery scan.
Stolen/Lost Claims: LovecraftandNails is not liable for mail theft or packages lost by the carrier.
